    This modern two-story cape home is situated in a private, quiet spot on top of Horns Hill. It accommodates a maximum of 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. (1 queen downstairs, 1 queen upstairs, 1 full upstairs, and an office/workspace with 1 twin bed upstairs). It has a spacious living/dining room area with large picture windows that offer lots of warm, natural light and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and oven, gas refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of cookware and dishes. A propane heater takes the chill off in the shoulder season months and a washing machine means you don’t have to walk to the village to do laundry! Spend time enjoying art from local Maine and Monhegan artists displayed throughout the home, and other great perks around the property. The wrap-around deck is ideal for viewing sunsets and incredible night skies. There’s also a large, private yard with a small vegetable garden, concord grapevines, blueberry bushes, an apple tree, and more!
