The recently renovated Windward House has two rental units available. The house once belonged to Dr. Alta Ashley and it was she who added onto the original cottage that was built in 1925. Windward is located just beyond the Monhegan Library on Light House Hill. Handy to town, it is a quiet location with 180-degree views of the ocean and village. There are private decks behind the house for our tenants to enjoy a meal or just take in the sights.
The Easterly
The Easterly is a two-bedroom second floor rental with phenomenal views of the meadow, Manana, the schoolhouse, and the open ocean beyond. There is a queen-sized bed in one of the bedrooms and two twin beds in the second bedroom, one full bath and a well-equipped galley kitchen. Ideal for four people but will sleep up to five, using the queen-sized pull out couch. Fully electric, Wifi provided, no pets and no children please.

The Westerly
The Westerly is a one-bedroom first floor rental with lovely views of the meadow, Manana, the schoolhouse and open ocean beyond. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and an ample living space. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and there is a futon in the living area that folds into a full sized bed. Nicely appointed for two with a maximum of three guests allowed. Fully electric, Wifi provided, no pets please.
